Retail Visual Merchandiser

POSITION SUMMARY:

TheVisual Merchandiseris responsible for setting and maintaining “Visual Merchandise Presentations” in the promotional space at the front of the store along with the presentation in other areas based on the direction of the Store Management and the Visual Merchandising Department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Protection of company assets
• Customer service
• Compliance to “Visual Merchandise Presentations”
• Timely compliance to merchandising direction from the corporate office
• Proper merchandise signing and ticketing
• Participation in the planning and placement of advertised product
• Participation in the development of sales, particularly in the Top 40 assortment
• Support associate training in merchandising
• Upholding the safety and maintenance standards for physical plant
• Participation in the operation and merchandising of the entire store
