Job description

About the Role

In this role you will be a part of the marketing department with a focus on ad sample operations. The key responsibility is to ensure samples are coordinated to and from style outs, photoshoots, and projects based on key deadlines while also maintaining overall sample organization.

What You'll Do

  • Support Ad Sample operations for monthly photoshoots, inclusive of coordinating samples to multiple overlapping shoots
  • Support Product Team on project managing by assisting in sample tracking, high priority flagging, reordering, checking in, tracking/statuses, weekly reporting, and one-off project requests
  • Partner with Styling team on sample availability throughout style outs
  • Partner with Merchandising team on sample sharing and product accuracy
  • Communicate with on-set styling and production teams for sample tracking/discrepancies
  • Maintain overall sample organization, storage, and disposal
  • Attending cross-functional meetings when needed
