Sample Library Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Data Management
Supports the creation and maintenance of floor set sample request form by season
Responsible for daily activities related to receipt, check in/out of product, including photographing, pulling and re-shelving of samples
Inventory & Commercialization Process
Manage product inventory; conducting physical inventories as needed
Remove and archive items no longer current
Communicates timely with internal partners as well as international vendor base
Maintains a detailed knowledge of end-to-end Library process
Thought Partner to BBW Department Members (Patrons)
Identify, analyze, and resolve issues such as missing information or project issues
Provide alternatives when issues arise to maintain project timing
Solve problems with little guidance
Ability to execute recommendations from Manager and make recommendations for creative solutions to problems
Build strong relationships with cross functional teams and leverage relationships to drive execution
Change Agility
Manage changes with cross-functional teams
Execute for results in a complex, dynamic and rapidly changing environment
Curiosity about learning and making process more efficient and effective
Measurements/Reporting
ON TIME = 95% - Support On-Time thru processing 1st production same day & returns within 48 hours
ON SPEC / ON QUALITY = 95% initial entry & 100% within 24 work hours - Support On-Quality thru Data set up and accuracy, as well as floor set sample process
System Accuracy & Reporting
Prepare and maintain floor set sample order forms
Support preparation and maintenance of international registration sample shipment forms
Pull inventory reports and other library related metrics to support overall Library reporting

Qualifications
• 0-2 years of experience, preferably in the Retail or Consumer Product industry or in project management
• MS Office and Advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Must be extremely organized, detail oriented and able to multitask efficiently
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and be comfortable climbing a ladder
