Job description

We're looking for Senior Designer to support our Oasis brand on a 12-month maternity contract. As a Senior Designer you'll deliver balanced and extensive research to create unique product lines for our softs department within the brands. You'll be able to monitor the commercial potentials of the designs and create products that are innovative and creative. What you'll be doing Researching, designing and building balanced, exciting and new collections encompassing seasonal trends, theme, colour, print and Oasis handwriting to answer the business strategies and targets, from initial ideas through to sealer sample. Continue to innovate and develop premium forward-thinking product that consistently performs well and looks amazing. Take ownership of category, ensuring your product is available for all look book / campaigns and ecommerce shoots Ability to translate trends into a commercial collection with a contemporary handwriting Manage, mentor and support the development of direct reports. More about you Comfortable working at pace. Agility is something you pride yourself on. Proven experience within a previous design role. Softs/wovens design experience preferred. A team player.
