WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a talented individual to join the Sustainable Product team. This role will lead a team of experts focused on integrating sustainability within Consumer Creation and drive key initiatives that deliver against our sustainable product strategy. You will work with consumer creation teams to ensure sustainability is embedded throughout the Consumer Code process to help to drive adoption and scale of sustainable product, material initiatives and execution of our Move to Zero brand position. Key to the success of this role will be to serve as an end-to-end integrator within consumer creation and with key business partners in advanced innovation, brand, sourcing and manufacturing, operations and logistics.

In addition, this role will lead efforts to inspire and accelerate our sustainable product journey through key moments like our annual Sustainable Product Summit, workshops and external engagements to ensure we deliver to our 2025 external targets and beyond. The successful candidate must be able to find the intersection of consumer needs, business priorities and technical feasibility to deliver against the opportunity.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
  • Establish engagement with key cross functional stakeholders in Consumer Creation across Apparel and Footwear (Design, Product, Development, Costing, Engineering, Merchandising, Operations), and key business partners (Innovation, Manufacturing, Brand, Communications) to integrate and embed sustainability within Consumer Code.
  • Lead Operations sustainability team
  • Develop Key Sustainable Product Strategies
  • Develop KPI’s and track/measure through-out Consumer Code
  • Identify and manage risks that may impact product line plans and scaling of innovations
  • Understand the consumer and identify areas of sustainable opportunities
  • Monitor external sustainability trends; Engage with key industry partners as needed
  • Partner in developing, measuring and tracking of Product Sustainability Targets
  • Manage sustainable product budget for key initiatives
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
  • Inline Consumer Creation experience & knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams
