Manages the team responsible for planning and supporting Kohl’s Media Network functions to ensure seamless execution of strategic vision and campaigns.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

OVERSEE CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS  AND STRATEGY

  • Sets priorities and goals across planning,  inventory management, ad product, finance, analytics & insights teams
  • Provides vision, direction, management and support to direct reports to ensure their work aligns with client and organization strategy and goals
  • Collaborates with leaders across KMN to identify opportunities and address challenges impacting the organization
  • Plays a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining reputation of KMN as leading retail media network
  • Identifies the necessary resources to support the short and long term growth of the network including Ad Product strategy, Tech needs and new vendor partnerships
  • Develops and maintains a holistic view of a full capabilities suite and corresponding competitive rates to drive efficiencies and relevancy to stay competitive
  • Remains current on cutting edge media network best practices, innovations and methodologies that the broader organization can adopt

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIPS

  • Establishes and builds meaningful cross-functional relationships with key partners including category marketing, tech, digital, and media
  • Individually presents completed analyses to leadership partners and follow up to ensure understanding of insight implications
  • Represents KMN as needed to support cross-functional teams

MANAGEMENT OF ASSOCIATES

  • Manages and influences direct reports, systems and projects to achieve unit goals in accordance with Company policies and practices
  • Provides leadership by exhibiting influence and expertise
  • Creates and promotes an inclusive and collaborative work environment by developing a common vision, setting clear objectives and driving / recognizing outstanding performance
  • Develops staff through coaching, performance assessments and ongoing feedback

QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED

  • 7+ years of experiences in digital media
  • Experience working in retail media networks is strongly preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of digital marketing/advertising, including sophistication with programmatic, private marketplaces, audience targeting, etc.
  • Understanding of ad operations, inventory management, analytics & insights, and ad product strategy
  • Skills and behaviors necessary to inspire a large team
  • Ability to work with and build trust amongst senior members of the organization
