The innovative direct-to-consumer brand offers multiple purchasing options, including singles, packs, matching pairs, and monthly membership.

With a growing company, comes a growing team full of innovative people. We’re looking for a Senior Merchandiser who will be responsible for building and executing product strategies to meet the needs of our men’s categories to meet the needs of our consumer and deliver against company objectives.

In this position, you will work cross-functionally to ensure strategies are consistently executed and deadlines are flawlessly met. We’re looking for someone who is driven, has a passion for product, likes to work hard and have some fun!

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 4 days/week in our Los Angeles office

What You'll Do

  • Create and oversee omni-channel execution of seasonal category strategies which incorporate data, insights, customer feedback and competitive analysis
  • Deliver assortments that bring stories to life in a compelling and relevant manner for the target consumer
  • Monitor performance of key items, best sellers and new collections to inform future development and assortment strategies
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with cross-functional partners
  • Partner with planning, marketing, e-commerce, wholesale, CX and consumer insights teams to understand, influence, and drive business objectives/customer needs and identify category/product opportunities
  • Partner closely with marketing/creative teams to build go-to-market strategies and ensure product marketing strategy aligns with buying strategy
  • Conduct continual market and trend research to identify opportunities for growth
  • Identify product opportunities through regular hindsight that incorporates fashion and macro trends, consumer research, channel feedback, and sales analysis
  • Maintain updated knowledge of key competitors, products, and pricing strategies
  • Lead retail price setting and partner with the production team to achieve margin expectations
  • Drive creation and presentation of new product concepts and line plans
  • Ensure deadlines are met in order to deliver products on a timely basis
What You Have
  • 5+ years of industry experience, underwear experience a strong plus
  • Proficiency in Excel & G Suite (google docs, sheets and slides)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate merchandising strategy in an effective manner
  • Proven ability to lead a cross-functional team and work in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal
  • Excellent presentation skills with strong ability to influence and obtain buy-in from leadership
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Passion for the brand and product; knowledge of fashion trends
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field

The base salary range for this full-time position is $84,000 -$115,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
