Nike, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Work with the business and stakeholders to provide cloud-based procurement and invoicing solutions, and function as a technical product owner of these tools. Work on Coupa procurement, invoicing tools, and the business processes that utilize them. Configure and support Coupa Tradeshift and other procurement/invoicing solutions such as SRM. Be a decision maker on the strategic path of procurement/payables solutions, balancing what is best for both business requirements/process and technology improvement. Determine appropriate requirements, and capture these using management methods. Successfully elicit from appropriate business partners all forms of requirements (e.g., functional, performance, usability, compliance, regulatory, technical). Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts from multiple geographic areas, including Europe, Middle East (EMEA), and Asia Pacific, to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Create functional specs, Source-to-Target Maps, batch and configuration documents for integration partners for development of data links between systems. Use SDLC framework to implement solutions for initial go live, operation changes, break fixes, and maintenance releases.

Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include:

  • Coupa Platform support and configuration;
  • Use cases, user stories or storyboarding in tools, such as SOLMAN, JIRA, or Version1;
  • Vendor management SAAS tool, such as Aravo;
  • Procure-to-pay, contract management, and invoicing modules;
  • SAP systems, including ECC, AFS, and SRM;
  • Travel and expense management Configuration using the Concur platform; and
  • SAP ERP Platform Configuration Experience in FI, MM, and SD modules.
