Consumer Creation Operations (“CCO”) exists to serve, enable and lead Nike’s Consumer Creation team to the future. We drive data and digital capabilities, process and continuous improvement, and excellence in business operations. As a world class Operations team, our vision is to maximize the collective potential of Consumer Creation. CCO works closely with Nike’s Men’s, Women’s, and Kids’ Footwear, Apparel, and Design teams.

Digital Product Creation (DPC) is a part of the Nike Consumer Creation Operations team. In DPC, we utilize the power of data and digital capabilities, technology, and talent to fuel a consumer led, digitally native product ecosystem. One that amplifies creativity, drives seamless creation and unleashes obsessed consumers! We accelerate and empower a digital future from planning to design to creation to consumer.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an analyst with deep experience in Nike’s data management systems, ability to identify and drive new process opportunities, consistent track record of working cross-functionally with many partners, has a team-first mentality and passion for the brand. This person needs to be able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and have a high level of responsibility and personal ownership. You will be working with multiple cross-functional partners within product creation, as well as Process Automation, Data Governance, Data Quality and Consumer Creation Operations.

What you will work on

Our Sr. Product Information Analyst is responsible for using their Nike experience to find new and innovative ways to drive standardization and process efficiencies for our Product Information team. You will represent and drive new insights and solutions for Digital Product Creation (DPC) Data Products to serve our business and operational partners. In addition, you will create and maintain core product information through various systems in Consumer Creation. You will steward the data for accuracy, timeliness and completeness to support critical events.

Who you will work with

This role will report to the Data Products team within DPC, but day-to-day interactions and requests may come from many functions within Consumer Creation including, but not limited to, Product Management, Product Development, Sourcing/Costing, Merchandising and Operations. There will also be a strong relationship with Data Governance, Data Quality, Process Automation and Digital Workflow to ensure complete and accurate data, processes and tools.

What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in a data management or reporting role
  • Demonstrated experience with data entry and data management
  • Experience investigating, assembling and maintaining product data in an information management system or sophisticated database
  • Proficiency with MS Excel at an intermediate level including VLOOKUP, pivots and formulas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation
  • Nike experience is preferred
  • Auditing of data and root cause analysis experience preferred
  • Prior product (footwear, apparel and equipment) experience is beneficial
