WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a Senior Manager of Product Management, Global Sourcing & Manufacturing (GSM), you will be a leader who will partner across multiple GSM digital transformation efforts and will help the organization make decisions that will drive performance, directly leading to the accomplishment of fiscal year goals. With your strong Digital Product Management perspective, we will help define and implement digital products across materials, sustainability, quality and responsiveness in our manufacturing supply chain. You will not only bring your strong curiosity to learn, but also a new perspective to digitize core sourcing and manufacturing functions as we advance our Digital Offense.

This position requires a high-energy, growth-mindset individual who leads with the customer, is strategic, enjoys overcoming complex problems, succeeds in ambiguity - with a strong technical, analytical and collaborative approach. Candidates with supply chain product management in a retail environment preferred.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This person will report to the head of the GSM Product Management, and will be a key member of the product management practice across Nike. They will partner closely with the GSM, Data & Analytics and Technology partners as we identify digital opportunities and develop strategies prioritized by customer value.
To accomplish this, as a leader they will collaborate with GSM Business functions, Technology and Analytics partners to find opportunities, prioritize & build digital products and deliver tangible customer value across key areas of GSM. They will also collaborate with internal teams at Nike including Product Creation, Demand & Supply Planning, Logistics, Technology and Finance as well as externally with our supplier partners globally.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, systems, economics, applied statistics or another quantitative field is required.
- 5+ years in product management/digital capability leadership roles within Supply Chain – Design, Development, Planning, Sourcing, Logistics.
- Return on Investment/Opportunity Analysis, Agile Methodologies including Intake & Discovery management, Epic/Feature/Story writing, Estimation, Iterative Value Delivery and Measurement.
- Experience developing and scaling new digital programs, as well as monitoring and refining existing programs.
- Experience leading multi-functional teams in the development of digital capabilities.
- Experience collaborating with Organizational Change, Training and Portfolio Management teams to deliver successful digital user experiences.
- Good understanding and appreciation of digital technologies including enterprise solutions, SaaS, PaaS, Make vs. Buy decisions.
