WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As the SEC GOAL Sr. Functional Tech Analyst – Node management, you will be responsible for supporting Technical Capability Director and carrying out future state technology solutions delivery. You will be a strong technology leader with extensive experience working in an agile environment, whose focus will be to design solutions, manage delivery across teams, support build, test and support the solution. You will be responsible to work with your customers to deliver the highest quality solution with the shortest delivery time.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will be a member of an 8-10 person capability team that will use SAFE Agile principles to deliver on sprint commitments. You will work directly with business users to understand business needs and help figure out overall design, partner with Business Capability Process Experts to assist in evaluation of Solution Options, and ensure Solution Design achieves intended business needs, and will be communication with various partners.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Provide Domain Expertise for Future State Technical Solution Design for Fulfillment, Distribution and Inventory management capabilities, partner with multiple Nike technical product management and delivery teams, Technology Partners and 3rd party logistics providers.
Document and Provide Domain Expertise for Enabling Data and Technical Requirements for Technical Design and Data Definition Specifications
Indirect leadership of work delivered by team members.
Partner and participate in Future State Business Process Design work
Document business and system process flows.
Partner and participate in Solution architecture design.
Understand and align to Technical Strategy and Governance
Validate & Recommend Acceptance Business Process Design & Requirements
Detailed and integrated design of solutions across SAP S4/Fashion and various WMSs and Cloud integration platforms.
Manage Integration data design with application teams.
Track product and feature delivery.
Define and Document hand-offs to Operations / Production Support
Lead resolution of high priority issues with customers and production support teams.
Provide Quality Management (QM) testing support to all SAP configuration changes and custom improvements
Align to Nike Technical Standards
Work with the team during the PI on the backlog of work for each iteration delivering value in 2-week Agile Sprints
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Security/Assurance, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply chain or related field of study, or any combination of relevant equivalent experience, education and/or training
Understanding of SAP S4 HANA Distribution and Inventory management processes and configurations, Warehouse management systems and integration with WMS.
Knowledge of system integration technologies (i.e., Fusion and/or Informatica, Amazon Web Services (AWS))
Ability to collaborate with business leaders and elicit and document requirements.
Knowledge of Nike distribution, fulfillment and Node management process is highly preferred.
Prior experience in implementing, integrating, and/or maintaining large-scale ERP application suites in the Retail/Fashion/Footwear industries (SAP, Sterling and other enterprise platform business solutions); SAP S4, Fashion configuration is required.
Experience working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools, VersionOne preferred
Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, XP Programming etc.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outcome driven environment
Flexible, accountable, detailed, able to work in ambiguity, and a desire for continuous personal growth
Be a driver. Ensure work is completed of high quality and well-coordinated with upstream and downstream dependent teams
Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting)
Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively connect with both business and technical IT teams
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant subject area and 5+ years of demonstrated ability in ERP, WMS, processes, and master data.
Experience working with supply chain technology organization is highly preferable.
Experience working in a matrixed environment is preferable.
*Remote Work Option -open to remote work, except cannot work in South Dakota, Vermont, and West Virginia. These candidates will be required to relocate.
For employees based in Colorado, this position has an annual base salary range of $121,000 - $182,000.
For employees based in NYC and Westchester County, NY, this position has an annual base salary range of $144,500 - $217,000.
