The annual base salary for this position ranges from $93,900.00 in our lowest geographic market to $209,700.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

Who we are looking for
We are seeking a hardworking Senior Technical Product Manager to join Nike’s North America Technical Product management team that designs and builds Nike’s logistics capabilities for our world class supply chain. As a Technical Product Manager, you will own the design and value delivery of logistics capabilities enabling Nike’s growth in multiple dimensions.
What you will work on
This role is part of the North America Technical Product Management Org at Nike. You and your teammates will be part of an empowered, highly capable team collaborating with other technology teams to deliver on Nike’s North America business priorities. This role will assist with strategy development while working closely with market leading partners to develop, configure and deliver capabilities. You should have a demonstrable history of supply chain skills, business and technical competence, partnering with architecture, solution delivery and vendor team members alike. Key deliverables include building and delivering on the logistics roadmap, driving new logistics capabilities for first/middle/last mile transportation, supporting vendor code deliveries and supporting testing. This is a full lifecycle role.
Who you will work with
This role will be reporting to the Director of Technical Product Management Logistics/Transportation organization. Regular interactions will include, but will not be limited to, our hiring managers and directors, Global TPM, North America TPM/Engineering/ Program Management Office, Quality Assurance teams, Business Stakeholders and Global Technology procurement teams
What you bring
Be a product advocate; can describe the product, its value, how it works, how it is adopted, speak to upcoming changes and tailor the information to the audience
Understand the Product Roadmap and use knowledge of future features to improve current stories
Assist in customer adoption through personal interaction and written documentation
Identify, advance and remove roadblocks, triage defects, and provide clarity from customers on issues
Work directly with customers and team members to capture details of Feature requirements, understand use cases, collect samples, and find tests
Write and refine stories for clarity, business value, and acceptance criteria
Conduct feature mapping, gap analysis, data flow to help assess business implications of feature, tool, or platform
Conduct analysis to determine how features are performing, level of customer satisfaction, and provide suggestions for improvements
Highlight risks, bring up impacts and assist in analyzing possible solutions for complex issues
Conduct product demos, and configure and test new features
In-depth understanding of the Agile principles and methodologies and how they’re applied in workplace culture
Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions
Excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others
Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, team dynamics, and conflict resolution
Experience working with internal and external customers
Knowledge and hands-on creation of key artifacts including use cases, user stories, user acceptance criteria, configuration stories, or specifications
Bachelor's degree, or related field of study, or any combination of relevant equivalent experience, education and training
