Sourcing Analysis And Planning Manager
The roleWe are looking for a Sourcing Analysis and Planning Manager to join the boohoo group's responsible sourcing and product operations (RESPO) team, supporting day to day activities and projects across sourcing, compliance (ethical and product), sustainability and product operations with decision support, analysis, data management and planning.
Reporting to the group Head of Sourcing, the role will involve working in close partnership with each RESPO internal team (including international sourcing teams), other group functions (supply chain, finance, IT) and buying and merchandising teams in each of the brands to help make the best possible sourcing decisions and share insights about supplier performance, commercials and brand sourcing strategies.
You must be data focussed, inquisitive and have experience managing a team. This role can be based in Manchester or London and offers hybrid working (3 days in the office).

What you'll be doing Ownership of supplier scorecard and performance reporting and analysis. Consolidating and tracking sourcing forecasts for the group. Monitoring and reporting on product buying costs within and between brands. Support the design and implementation of self-service analytics for the RESPO function. Ad hoc analysis to support any business questions relating to the supply base. Management responsibility for an assistant manager (who is focused on more technical MI development). Support the group's sustainability ambitions with reporting and analysis. Gathering, informing and communicating requirements around production reports/dashboards.
