Are you looking for a role which will help you coordinate, grow and influence key business decisions?

The North Face is looking for a Strategic Account Merchandiser to join our Sales team based in the UK. This person will ideally be located in/around Manchester; however, we are open to applications from those based in/around London.

Let's Talk about the Role

The Strategic Account Merchandiser will help grow The North Face brand and retailers' net revenue, market shares and profitability through strategic planning, retail sales analysis, tracking marketing initiatives, and making supply chain a competitive advantage (Stop and Go approach).

You will need to influence buyers, head buyers and our own Key Account Managers through fact based analysis, using a connective and data driven approach.

How You Will Make a Difference

Our ideal candidate will deliver success by:

* Measuring, tracking, and analysing key KPI's

* Collaborating with internal and external partners to help track monthly shipping targets & inventory.

* Fostering key relationships to ensure constant flow of information with various departments/partners

* Developing business intelligence; gathering and analysing data to provide continuous improvement opportunities to the business

* Building and collaborating on strategic plans and forecasting to key stakeholders

Skills for Success

You should be a data forward individual, comfortable with numbers with the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals. Ideally, you will have a liking for the outdoors or enjoy fashion / lifestyle trends.

This role will be office / hybrid work from home based with some minimal travel required at times to key locations across the U.K.

A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master's degree in business or economics are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
