Roberta Einer Limited is a luxury womenswear brand renowned for its occasion wear, outerwear and more specifically, embroidery.
Roberta Einer is an experimental womenswear designer, working with surface textiles and reimagining the feminine silhouette. Hailing from Tallinn, Estonia, Roberta moved to London and studied on the prestigious design course at University of Westminster and at Central Saint Martins. She gained internships with the likes of Mary Kantrantzou, Claire Barrow and Alexander McQueen and upon graduating, moved to Paris to intern at Balmain for a year.
Returning to London, she established her own label and is now putting new skills and perspective to good use, developing a unique point of view, which appropriates a daring more-is-more aesthetic.
Roberta Einer is a London based womenswear brand best known for her dramatic use of colour and texture to create eye-catching signature silhouettes perfectly suited to the contemporary international customer. Across the globe, the brand has established itself as a force within the market, allowing women to feel gloriously beautiful and sexy. First seen on the London Fashion Week catwalk, her intricate hand finished knit dresses have become an evening and resort wear staple with demand constantly outstripping supply to become a coveted standout wardrobe must-have for 2021.
Job description
We are currently looking for bright and committed parttime
Studio Interns in their second year of university or higher.
We would like people who are available to start in May and can
continue working until our return to London Fashion Week in
September. The successful applicants will be helping with all
aspects of running the business, from developing the new
collection to assisting with production and studio tasks.
Tasks:
Assisting with the general studio management
Support organisational side of LFW event, castings, press
Creating spec and line sheets using Adobe kit
General assistance and taking part of consultancy, styling
and collaboration meetings etc
General assistance – sets up meeting rooms etc
Assisting in sampling and pattern cutting
Assist working with factories for production
A chance to be part of celebrity dressing projects
Profile
Successful candidates will have:
2nd year of university or higher
Basic pattern cutting and sewing skills
Comfortable with drawing and illustration
Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Enthusiastic and able to work well in a team
