This position reports directly to the Director of Retail and manages the operations at the Soho store and studio. It is a role that has visibility across all channels and is for someone interested in seeing how a fashion business is run across design, sales, and marketing. This role communicates the brand’s core values and key brand aesthetics as a high-end New York-based designer through excellent verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for a professional who is analytical, organized, and a motivated team player to play a key role in the next steps of the brand's growing business.

Job Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to:

  • Manage studio operations at the company’s flagship store and back office, including opening and closing procedures, greeting and helping clients on the sales floor, organization of the back stock, IT issues, ordering supplies, monthly inventory counts, and reconciliations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support design, production, marketing, and sales channels in day-to-day business needs.
  • Support in-store events, consignment programs, PR and stylist pulls, and trunk shows.
  • Oversee stock inventory and movements.
  • Manage warehouse communications on product stock including transfers.
  • Oversee proper organization of back stock, store floor, and visual merchandising at all times.
  • Oversee EOD reporting, and pull data reports as needed.
  • Manage stylist and consignment program.
  • Organize and upkeep company materials up to date including design boards, PowerPoints, and training documents.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of Shopify, Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, DropBox, Instagram, and Facebook. Photoshop, Illustrator and Klaviyo expertise is a plus.
  • Must have at least 5 years + of experience in fashion with excellent analytical, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
