Position Summary

As an Under Armour Rookie you'll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. Throughout the 12 weeks you'll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.

Our program consists of remote, hybrid and in-office opportunities.

Potential Placement Areas

Apparel Product Merchandising

Merchandising Rookies support our teams with identifying white space opportunities, competitor insights, and overall trends in the market. The goal of this project is to help the Men's Global Merchandising Team have additional resources and data to influence Line Architecture, Life-Cycle Planning, Long-Range Planning and Grow Market Share. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Business, Fashion Merchandising, Sports Product Management, Analytics, or Consumer Insights. Insights.

Accessories Product

PLM Rookies support our business by working closely with their team and cross functional teams to understand how to creatively drive your business by building profitable, market right, consumer right product that is in line with department and company financial targets. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Business administration and management, Fashion Merchandising, Design and visual communications, Project Management, Marketing/marketing management or International business.

Licensing Product

Global Licensing Rookies will work closely with global, regional, and external partners to support both product creation and business management of Under Armour's external licensees. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Business, International Business, Fashion Merchandising, Sports Product Management, Project Management, or Analytics.

Global Pricing

Pricing Rookies will work closely with the Pricing, Planning, and Merchandising teams to provide industry leading consumer-driven data and analytics to enable strategic pricing, promotion, planning, and merchandising decisions to help UA achieve its brand and financial goals. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics.

Apparel Product Line Management

Apparel PLM Rookies support our business by working closely with their team to understand how to creatively drive your business by building profitable, market right, consumer right product that is in line with department and company financial targets. This role will focus on supporting the Recover [Fleece and Warmups] Business with a focus on identifying Co-Gender (Mens & Womens) opportunities within the line. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Business, Fashion Merchandising, Sports Product Management, Project Management, or Analytics.

Footwear Product Line Management

Rookies support our business by working closely with the Product Team to understand how to creatively drive your business by building profitable, market right, consumer right Footwear that is in line with department and company financial targets. Rookies gain valuable insight into the product engine across functions while supporting the Product Line Management Team with daily tasks and a key focus project during their time at UA. The experience gained can be a valuable asset for future job opportunities and building your network within the industry. This opportunity may appeal to students with majors such as: Business, Fashion Merchandising, Sports Product Management, Project Management, or Analytics.

Eligibility

To be eligible for our Rookie program, you must be expecting to graduate from an undergraduate or graduate program anytime between December 2023 and June 2024.
