Finance and Operations Manager

Job Description: As the Finance and Operations Manager at Supersolid, you will work closely with the founders to support the company's development through effective financial management, driving strategic growth projects, and continuous operational improvement. Located in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, Supersolid is a dynamic company operating in the fashion sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly understand ongoing projects, covering creative, technical, strategic, and financial aspects.
  • Comprehensive financial management, including cash flow management, oversight of monthly closures, invoicing tracking, production cost management, and expense control.
  • Preparation and annual closure of financial statements.
  • Development and management of the budget, as well as annual business plan updates.
  • Creation and monitoring of management dashboards, with a focus on tool improvement and budget tracking.
  • Management of financing needs to support company development, including fundraising, bank loans, and grants.
  • Steering key development projects, ensuring their financial viability and financing.
  • Management of legal and human resources aspects, including contracting with key partners and team development.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • At least 3 years of experience in finance or management control.
  • Exemplary organization and rigor.
  • Ability to work both on strategy and operations with ease.
  • Strong team spirit and desire to participate in a human-centered and meaningful project.
  • Interest in the fashion sector and possibly previous experience in a startup or brand.
