Talent Acquisition Assistant- Luxury Fashion Brand!
Our Client, a Luxury Fashion Brand is looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join their team temporarily!
- Responsible for adding new employees for the retail population into our internal system.
- Partner with the Compensation & Benefits team, IT, Operations & Controlling to ensure Joiners are set up and entered into our systems properly.
- Coordinate with company travel agents to support booking flights, hotels, etc. for candidates interviewing with senior management.
- Draft offer letters & ensure completed signed & returned copy back.
- Maintenance of organizational design for retail teams as well as ad hoc projects.
Requirements and skills
- 1-2 Years of Administrative experience preferably in Human Resources/ Talent Acquisition.
- Comfortable supporting multiple TA managers simultaneously.
- Must be available M-F, 9am-6pm.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Proficient Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
