What We Are Looking For:

We are currently seeking aTechnical Design Assistantto work at ourSouth Hackensack, NJ Office.This is a full-time position in ourSouth Hackensack officeworking 5 days a week from 9:00am to 6:00pm. The candidate must be proficient in Excel, have excellent communication skills, detailed oriented and a team player. Experience is a must! We will consider new grads with a Bachelors' degree in fashion.


·        Measuring samples and adding the measurements in the system.

·        Fitting the samples on fitting forms.

·        Taking pictures of the product and uploading the images into the system.

·        Maintaining the showroom and sample room.

·        Updating sample order chart.

·        Inspecting samples from the warehouse.

·        Creating binders with approved trims and swatches.

·        Pulling samples for sample request as needed.

·        Submitting samples to photo department as required.

Skills and Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree required

·        Must possess exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

·        Ability to remain flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient while under pressure is crucial

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

·        Ability to prioritize, multi task, and work effectively in a fast paced environment in order to meet deadlines

·        Encompass a positive attitude, work ethic and exceptional follow up skills

·        Must have the ability to be punctual, prepared and professional
