Looking for a mid range to senior level Tech Designer to join our team!

Needs to have experience with high stretch fabrics such as swim or active along with soft woven's. Would ideally like someone who has experience in swim / lingerie, plus size and knits.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail oriented and a team player.

Pattern Making and QC knowledge is a plus.

Between 4-6 years experience

Responsibilities

Manage the tech department and work hand in hand with the design team to execute each collection.
Attend all fittings and partner with the design to perfect each style for both size small and our plus range
Create and manage all fit comments to communicate with the factory.
Update and revise all spec sheets for adjusted POMs to accompany the fit comments
Maintain and manage all fit related communication with each factory for all designated categories
Create and manage all tech packs and BOMs
Review and check all graded patterns submitted from the factory after the style has been approved.
Follow up and manage the development charts and sample log / process to ensure we are receiving each style within a timely manner to hit our calendar goals.
Check in and keep track of all fit and TOP samples for each category.
Maintain and organize fit room and samples.

Qualifications

Must know Adobe and excel
Knowledge of pattern making and garment construction
Women's wear experience is preferred
Must be good with problem solving and be able to effectively manage multiple categories.
Must have good attitude and outlook.
