WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a Technical Designer II to join our Catalyst Apparel team. In this role, you will apply your advanced technical knowledge related to product fit, patternmaking and construction to provide our collaborators with exceptionally crafted apparel with Nike DNA.

You will interact with some of Nike’s top Catalysts (e.g. entertainers and a multitude of design collaborators), creating product that will be visible on different types of stages and platforms. A key part of this role is understanding the full scope of product creation from design concept to production, driving discussions to meet on-time delivery dates, leading the team with technical recommendations that serve our Catalysts and consumers and communicating issues or offering solutions in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

In this role you will also be responsible for the Technical Design of assigned styles product. Working with Design, Product Management and PCC on tailoring the product to the specific consumer needs.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will collaborate with Product Design, Graphic Design, Product Management, Apparel Wear Testing (AWT), Product Creation Centers (PCC), factories, material and trim partners in order to tailor the product to the specific athlete and consumer needs. This role will report to the Technical Design Director.
