Position Overview:

As a Technical Designer at Bare Home, you will play a pivotal role in the creation of new bedding designs and the development of cutting-edge systems for product development. You will collaborate closely with our R&D team to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about textiles and has a strong background in technical design.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the R&D team to conceptualize and create innovative bedding designs that meet market trends and customer demands.
Develop technical specifications, sketches, and CAD drawings to communicate design concepts and product requirements.
Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the successful execution of product designs.
Research and evaluate new materials, techniques, and technologies to enhance product quality and performance.
Participate in product testing and quality control processes to ensure that products meet established standards.
Assist in the development and improvement of systems and processes related to product development.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in textile design and product development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a similar discipline).
Three to five years of experience in technical design, preferably within the textile or bedding industry.
Strong proficiency in design software and CAD tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD).
Knowledge of textiles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
A passion for staying updated on industry trends and innovations.
