Job Title:Merchandising Coordinator, Leather Goods
Reports to:Director, Merchandising, Leather Goods
Job Objective
Responsible for supporting the Leather Goods team in leading the business strategy for the Americas Boutiques. Main responsibilities include a focus on Made to Order & high-end Leather Goods categories; placement and follow up of client orders, reporting and recaps, supporting client events, buying process, product tool creation, competitive market analysis, allocation & rebalancing in accordance with total company vision.Profile
Merchandising Functions
Duties and responsibilities:- Review and complete weekly sales reports & stock on hand
- Lead and follow up daily on product shipping and Made to Order deliveries
- Communicate and partner closely with Retail teams to handle day to day product inquiries and present weekly business updates on Retail calls
- Participate and share new ideas to drive Leather Goods Exotic & Haute Couture business strategy
- Lead bi-monthly stock rebalances to improve sales and support zone events
- Analyze the Leather Goods market monthly and prepare comprehensive recaps on pricing, trends, market activities, and events
- Review shipping reports & partner with Logistics to ensure merchandise is shipping on-time
- Support assortment for new store openings and pop ups
- Run and update replenishment levels by style and boutique level
- Assist Manager during seasonal markets in Paris/Virtual Market, while remaining positive, energetic, and organized while meeting tight deadlines during high-paced and demanding buying sessions
- Provide analysis on fast/slow seller, sell-thru, and support on Weekly reporting
- Compile seasonal & Event collection feedback from stores
- Prepare and run Event sales recaps
- Ability to deliver tight deadlines while being detail oriented
- Effectively and professionally communicate with Boutique teams and Paris headquarters
- Excellent organizational skills and commit to results

- At least 2 years prior Merchandising/Buying experience, luxury retail Women’s experience preferred; strong working knowledge of Retail Math and Retail critical metrics
- Advanced Excel (heavy excel workload)
- Strong knowledge of all other Microsoft Office programs, specifically excellent skills in PowerPoint
