- Under the direction of the Associate Creative Director, utilizes advanced design and good conceptual skills to create original solutions for consumer experiences, including Graphics, Photo, Video, and Retail assets.

- Communicates and presents design and creative concepts to Associate Creative Director.

- Creates presentation materials that effectively communicate creative concepts.

- Works with Brand Design leadership as well as ICA partners to ensure feasibility of designs, functional needs (digital, retail, brand, comms.) and overall program needs

- Produces directives and electronic files for production purposes.

- Actively gains knowledge and experience regarding PUMA's design ethos, products and processes.

- Gains knowledge of current trends in consumer experience and technology and other related design influencers.

- Responsible for small projects or programs with manageable risks and resource requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent, with 3+ years of progressive, technically sophisticated design experience.

- Proven ability to apply and perform design and creative skills including concepting, image and video research, typography, ideation, color theory, texture, special design in scale and visual presentation.

- Knowledge of, and sensitivity to, current trends in color, design, art, photography and experience design and their application to the athletic industry.

- Commercial and/or experience in a retail environment a plus.

- Demonstrated high level expertise using computer design applications including Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and InDesign.

- Strong oral and written communication skills in local market language, including meeting facilitation and presentations.

- Ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives.

- Ability to work cooperatively with staff, share ideas and develop effective responses.

- Proven ability to work in rapidly changing, high growth environment.

- Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands and changes.
