Field Visual Merchandising Manager (Central region or NYC Metro/East region)

The Field Visual Manager supports DTC doors in their region (Central or NYC Metro/East) in creating impactful and immersive shopping experiences, while driving top line results, conversion and profitability. The Field Visual Manager is the ambassador and communicator of global brand messaging, concepts, and initiatives. Each Field Visual Manager instills brand consistency and elevated standards across their region through coaching, training, and development of store teams and visual talent to ensure flawless execution. Regions supported by this role with either be the Central or Northeastern United States.

How You Will Make a DifferenceWhat you will do:
  • Establish & maintain visual merchandising excellence in assigned region of DTC doors
  • Lead and inspire store teams in the execution of all Visual Merchandising and Brand Experience directives & initiatives to consistently achieve best in class consumer experience
  • Provide consumer journey mapping support for all doors in assigned region at each floorset.
  • Analyze productivity of key investments and overall business within each door to ensure visual presentations are generating top line business results
  • Form strong partnerships with district managers, store leads and store teams through adaptability and collaboration to successfully execute a shared vision and develop a culture of visual merchandising excellence
  • Set monthly touchpoints with each District Manager in assigned region to review business & align on market specific priorities
  • Develop engaging & effective training tools for store teams to elevate store execution across the fleet
  • Lead training process for store openings, remodels, shop installs, special projects, etc.
  • Provide holistic support for all NSO project in assigned region including adapted directives & hands-on VM training
  • Create 360 communication loop by advising on execution of merchant assortments & visual directives through a cadence of specific touch points, providing feedback to improve how future season assortments come to life in-store
  • Develop adaptions to apply Field Training Guide to include Outlet door standards & guidelines
  • Participate in a regular cadence of tactical, strategic and developmental touchpoints including off-sites and other business related activities
  • Evoke and embody the brand DNA while consistently enforcing our brand standards & values within corporate and field environments
  • Motivate teams in assigned region through empowerment, engagement, and behavior-model leadership
  • Promote an inclusive environment by amplifying all voices, enthusiastically seeking, and advocating different perspectives
  • Manage travel calendar & budget in alignment with company policy

Skills For Success
  • 6+ years of Visual Merchandising experience
  • Well-developed leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization
  • Strong merchandising skills that can support high volume and flagship stores
  • Capacity to identify challenges and develop visual merchandising solutions to visual and business opportunities
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines
  • Detail oriented
  • Proven ability to motivate & influence others
  • Strong training & facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage personal travel calendars & budget
  • Comfortable and confident in making effective and autonomous decisions in a timely manner
  • Attuned to the latest fashion, environmental, and interior trends
  • Ability to manage all personal travel calendar and budget
  • Proficient in: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Adobe Creative Suites
  • Ability to travel approximately 70% of the time within the designated region (Central or East regions of the United States).
