Charlotte Tilbury is looking for an ambitious mid-level Video Editor with a strong background in creating beauty content to join our fast-growing Creative Agency. We are looking for a creatively minded and multi-skilled post-production expert that has in-depth knowledge of post-production processes, technical ability, experience with 2D motion design and a natural eye for beauty.
You will be a highly confident, creative, problem solver with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Taking ownership of your work from concept to completion with a passion for the beauty and fashion world.
You’ll have an expert knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects and ensure consistency throughout production to create video content to a high standard.
Able to edit to a highly creative and technical standard to create engaging video assets using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Interpret briefs creatively and respond pro-actively to feedback.
Export, conform and adapt files to various delivery specifications (OOH, TVC, Social etc).
Extremely organised mind with strong project management skills.
Mix audio, apply basic colour correction, liaise with outside contractors and comply with industry standards and best practises.
Create titles and motion graphics in After Effects.
Colour grade using Lumetri or Resolve
A comprehensive knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Working knowledge of the entire Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong attention to detail, be able to self QC all assets.
Knowledge of various formats and delivery specifications.
Understand various camera formats and how to work with raw footage.
Experience of the online process, be able to work collaboratively with external sound mixing and colour grading studios.
Flexible, pro-active, and highly organised.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a diplomatic and proactive approach.
Able to deal with changing deadlines and priorities.
Passionate about beauty and fashion.
Be driven to push the boundaries of creative editing.
