TheVisual Merchandiseris responsible for theWest Coastvisual merchandising of retail and wholesale accounts to align with marketing strategies aimed at driving business. Utilizing clear communication and strong attention to detail, this individual has a sensitivity to luxury to partner with retail teams, wholesale vendors and across internal departments, and will be based in Los Angeles.

The role reports to the Manager of Visual Merchandising.


  • Manage visual calendar to prepare for installations or floor changes in the following locations: (Boutiques) Beverly Hills, Costa Mesa | (Wholesale) Nordstrom Topanga, Nordstrom La Joya, Nordstrom Fashion Valley | (Outlets) Cabazon
  • Execute and supervise interior changeovers and installations for store or store(s) listed above, including by not limited to construction of any interior/ window sets, on-site prop handling and prop placement
  • Supervise and manage daily interior set maintenance for store(s), this includes repositioning mannequins, re-propping and sourcing alternative product for interior presentations
  • Conduct walkthroughs of locations, identifying opportunities to improve overall visual and creative appearnce of the site
  • Prepare visual merchandising training for both Store Managers and Customer Advisors
  • Follow marketing requirement to implement any planned projects
  • Provide active support to store events and sales campaigns


  • 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising and/or visual presentation/ display/ fine art/ fashion styling experience
  • Flexibility to work outside standard working hours (i.e. evenings after 9pm and weekends)
  • Frequent travel required
  • Proficient in Power Point, Word, Excel and Photoshop


  • Ability to balance multiple projects (maintenance and installations) at once
  • Strong prioritization skills, with an ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal direction
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sensitivity to luxury aesthetic
  • Dynamic, innovative and a strong fashion sense
  • available to work overnight shifts based on the business need/directive
  • Hardworking and ability to work independently
