Position starts at $16.50 per hour along with annual merit increases and production bonuses. SUMMARY

Implements visual merchandising programs. Sets in-store visual displays in support of the organization's sales objectives. Travels to store locations to communicate and implement visual merchandising strategy and plan by creating eye-catching in-store displays that align with the organization’s strategy in order to drive brand awareness to the target audience and increase sales revenue by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures merchandising standards are adhered to and assists store teams with all customer facing store merchandising.

Maintains visual merchandising guidelines for GISP stores, to include traditional thrift stores, outlets, and boutiques.

Sets seasonal displays at all stores.

Trains store teams on merchandising techniques for displays, colorization, color blocking, fixture layouts, and store signage.

Identifies trends in category sales and reports them to Visual Merchandising Manager.

Performs competitive shopping and reports findings to Visual Merchandising Manager to assist with price change recommendations.

Assists in the opening of new stores and pop-up events to work with store teams on layout, displays, and merchandising.

Assists store teams in setting plan-o-grams and displays for new goods items to ensure highest possible revenue.

Assists DGR Teams with any pop-up or special events as needed.

Reports known or suspected security and/or theft problems to Loss Prevention.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs other job-related tasks as assigned by the Visual Merchandising Manager.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two years of visual merchandising experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Valid Driver's License (Class C), car insurance and reliable automobile.
