The Visual Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for working with the Visual and Merchant teams to execute the overall creative visual merchandising direction for stores and wholesale. The Visual Merchandise Coordinator is also responsible for compiling floorset information and communicating this direction to the field.


• Work with Design and Merchandising teams to determine real estate allocation on the floor,

supporting key item placement and styling

• Create and post weekly visual and seasonal window directives for store to execute

• Establish a seasonal calendar outlining critical visual highlight areas

• Assist management team in creating seasonal floorset guides, showroom setups, weekly

communication, mock store photography, and mannequin dressing/styling across brands

• Fold, hang, and style merchandise in preparation for corporate walkthroughs and presentations. uphold all corporate visual, marketing, and operational standards

• Participate in meetings, store visits, weekly team touch-bases, and additional group functions as

needed. Bring creative ideas to the team to better achieve goals


•One to two years’ experience in Visual Presentation for a retail apparel company - In store experience a plus

•Flexible, organized, collaborative

•Excellent written and verbal communication

•Creativity – must have strong visual merchandising and styling skills

•Ability to lift 30lbs and work with mannequins and fixtures/hardware in a mock store environment

•Competition and industry awareness

•Ability to work independently, manage a team of store line associates, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

•Flexible, with a team player attitude

•Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office

•Ability to travel locally to visit stores

•Travel may be required, based on business needs.

•Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration. Job duties may be performed effectively using the hybrid work program designated by the company.

•Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this position.

•Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

•Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

•Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

•Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day

•Ability to constantly operate a computer, other office equipment and look at a monitor for up to 8 hours per day

•Ability to clearly and accurately communicate and exchange information verbally, in writing, or through other means in person, telephonically, or through virtual communication methods

•Ability to reach at or below shoulder level

•Ability to carry equipment, move boxes/samples, etc.

The salary range for this position is $25 to $26 hourly. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to position offered and work experience.
