Bulgari Corporation of America is looking for aVisual Merchandising Coordinatorto work in our corporate headquarters office in New York.

Job Summary:

TheVisual Merchandising Coordinatoris responsible to train and implement the merchandising guidelines in the retail and wholesale network. Coordinate holiday/promotional windows with Rome or visual designers and execute to retail and wholesale network. Provide feedback to Rome on additional merchandising materials and props, while coordinating distribution of existing props to retail and wholesale network. Develop and organize displays and set-up for local showrooms and corporate events. This role will take action under the direct supervision of the VM Manager, and will work collaboratively with other members of the North American Retail Network and HQ Departments.

Essential duties and requirements:

Maintain display materials/prop inventory and coordinate orders for retail and wholesale stores including existing and new store openings.

Assist with store set up, window/event installations, and trainings at the NYC store on a daily basis.

Coordinate window displays for holiday/promotional launches with Rome and stores.

Assist in managing the VM accounts for the DOS, Travel Retail, and Wholesale budgets

Train and implement merchandising guidelines through retail network (stores) and wholesale network (local accounts).

Budget, bid, negotiate and cost control general services vendors related to stores and corporate office

Coordinate the purchasing of general services equipment

Manage daily procurement activities related to overall accounts

Review, provide feedback, and file monthly photo summaries

Handle departmental administrative duties as required

Key Competencies:

A degree in Merchandising or similar field

1 – 2 years of related work experience and/or strong internships

Strong administrative and organizational skills

Attention to detail

Ability to multi-task and work independently

Retail and wholesale experience preferred

Must have Excel, Word and Photoshop skills

Must be able to work late nights if requested

Must be able to travel, as required, to any store in the network

Must be able to lift heavy items and move objects within Store environment
