On-Site (Omni-Work Policy) - Full Time - Mid-Senior Level

Job description

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Team Responsibilities: Implement clear team and department objectives, in an in-person and remote environment. Guide team members while providing constructive feedback to lead to aligned project delivery.
  • Manage entire project cycle from conception to close out to ensure timely delivery of projects in highest quality within budget
  • Work with the internal creative design team to ensure timely delivery of graphics to graphic vendor, ensure that all proofs are accurate prior to print production, and obtain all internal approvals
  • Conduct regular meetings and produce ongoing status reports, track progress, and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately, or take timely action to mitigate delays
  • Demonstrates influential leadership; respects and incorporates the requirements of the Brand, Corporate partners, Vendors and Retailer Operations to cascade progress, elevate risks and provide solutions to all stakeholders



We'd love to see candidates who have:


  • 5+ years of Project Management or equivalent in a related field
  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Multi-task, prioritize and manage complex projects across teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Clear understanding of the Merchandising process and Retailer organization/distribution
  • Ability to be agile and nimble with ever shifting priorities
  • Align stakeholders, highlighting risk in a proactive manner to move program/process forward
  • Must possess a sense of urgency, entrepreneurial working style, strong organizational skills and extremely detail oriented


  • Project Management and industry interest preferred
  • Must be autonomous, decisive, with a strategic thinking
