What you’ll be doing:

Support the visual merchandising team by helping to story tell brand by elevating visual merchandising presentations to drive traffic and conversion
Execute creative concepts, seasonal floor sets, product launches, tests, and other special projects
Assists and prioritizes multiple projects for the Visual Manager to meet all visual/marketing milestones
Delivers consistent innovative and merchandising solutions that improve the in-store experience, drive traffic, and meet brand objectives
Stays current with fashion, beauty, interior, and competitive trends via market patterning in order to create new and innovative thinking
Visits stores to understand customer needs in order to identify go-forward opportunities
90% of job responsibility will require virtual store design programming and developing in-store visual merchandising for select store formats
