Visual sales manager

We are looking to hire a Visual Sales Manager to work at our Fallen Timbers location in Maumee, Ohio. To be successful in this role you should be goal and results driven. You should be able to supervise a team of salespeople. Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset. Ultimately, you will ensure the store meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company’s success in the long run.

Responsibilities

Merchandise the store to drive sales to meet plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives

Execute corporate merchandising directives

Train associates on proper merchandising techniques

Maintain store standards

Evaluate department performances

Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions

Plan and execute in store events
