We are looking for a creativeVisual Merchandising Coordinatorto join our Just Jeans team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an integral part of the Just Jeans team, this VM Coordinator role is required to present high density merchandise in a fast paced fashion environment - always with the customer as top of mind.

• The planning and production of fortnightly VM briefs
• Take a product brief and deliver a creative, on brand, merchandising document for stores
• Space planning of high density apparel merchandise into small foot print spaces
• Work closely with retail teams to drive sales through merchandising and displays
• Communicate market feedback with solutions to grow sales
• Coordinate of all VM material for new store openings
• Support the Brand Visual Merchandising Manager in strategic merchandising plans
• Work closely with internal graphics team to create and deliver store collateral
• Lead and present to senior stakeholders at VM walkthroughs and sign offs

Profile

• Two years' experience within a Head Office retail environment in a similar role and experience working in retail store environment
• Demonstrated experience working with a Mac and be proficient across Excel, In Design and Photoshop
• Whilst this is a creative role, this individual needs to have a strong analytical base and 'clever' space management/merchandising skills.
• Ability to work individually and in a small dynamic team
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Work well under pressure, great attention to detail and be highly organised
