Build and lead multiyear global supply chain strategy to achieve business vision. Optimize and leverage strategies and best practices across the organization to unlock value and achieve results. Work closely with external supply chain partners to drive results through collaboration and shared strategic goals. Maintain knowledge of macro-economic environment and associated impact to the business and partner with cross functional leads to offset negative impact. Create value through strategy, lead projects and initiatives, and unlock future opportunities and competitive advantages. Drive continuous improvement of operational excellence through KPI adherence.   • Provide leadership to Directors on how to develop and coach team to evolve appropriate skill sets for future growth
  • Performance Manager that creates clear goals & objectives for the team with the ability to measure, reward, and develop associates.
  • Supply NYO Team lead. Responsible to keep the team updated on Supply Corporate and TH strategies.
  • Develop, maintain strong cross functional partnerships with Global Business teams and Supply Leadership
  • Establish Vendor strategy that provides the business innovative solutions to build quality product
  • Provide vendor / factory / COO strategy that offers the global business competitive advantage with duty benefits & transit LT
  • Provide a Vendor / RM strategy to meet demands of business and global climate
  • Provide solution when deliverables / deadlines are missed by the cross functional teams in the development & production calendar
  • Escalation management
  • Responsible to lead team to achieve Business strategies while following Supply processes
  • Must understand product costs and able to identify price distortions; recommend solutions when costs are not being achieved.
  • Execute Sustainability deliverables with cross functional teams and partners
  • Supply lead between Vendor, Hub, RM, and design for Supply Chain Strategy
  • Collaborate with PVH offshore offices and factories daily
  • Engage PVH offshore offices and/or Supply Chain Partners for solutions as it relates to business needs, prioritize workloads as needed
  • KPI adherence reporting out to SUPPLY leadership
  • Contribute to and achieve seasonal goals aligned to the corporate financial objective
  • Travel required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10-15+ years’ experience in a supply chain function, strategy role, or consulting at a senior level. Ideally with 2-5 years of Global Sourcing experience
