About the role...

The Wholesale Field Visual Merchandiser (FVM) is responsible for amplifying the exposure that our brand receives in our wholesale accounts with the objective to increase sell-through at the focus accounts. The FVM will visit a set monthly rotation of targeted in their territory and is responsible for creating and maintaining impactful sections and windows that meet brand standards and are aligned with seasonal marketing and product initiatives, and communicating relevant sales, traffic, and competition information back to sales and marketing leadership. The FVM is also responsible for developing strong working relationships with accounts and local reps, training shop employees on seasonal brand initiatives, and helping to coordinate and execute local brand activations.


  • Merchandise in-store fixtures and sections to maximize the assortment and visual presentation while upholding company standards.
  • Conduct store visits to ensure sections are being maintained to company standards.
  • Display and re-work products so merchandise looks fresh and follows GO TO MARKET story.
  • Demonstrate awareness of current advertising and marketing campaigns and new product launches.
  • Assist in updating in store POP, windows.
  • Put out already processed (tagged, censored, hung) product. Pull RA’s, if already approved, where needed. Communicate with Rep about fill ins.
  • Provide on-site visual merch support with new fixture sections in accounts (fixtures, new sections, re-models, window installations, etc.). Provide feedback to internal teams on capex needs.
  • Provide before and after recaps following each in-store visit with inventory and presentation information.
  • Assist sales and marketing with tradeshows and events.
  • Attendance at sales meetings required.
  • Other tasks may be assigned from time to time which contribute to the overall success of the company. As an ever-evolving business, your exact responsibilities may change.

What we are searching for...

  • 2 – 3 years of hands-on experience merchandising product and working with in-store fixtures
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Strong time management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong fashion and styling sense
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to accept critique/feedback.
  • Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple store locations.
