HR Intern – Cartier KSAPurpose of the Role:To perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.HR Intern Responsibilities:**Onboarding/ Offboarding **<ul><li>Support in the scheduling of new starter meetings and follow ups with L&amp;D team to ensure all new starters are fully onboarded into their new role and have all the tools and information to be successful</li><li>Draft HR announcements for all KSA new joiners and update KSA Org Charts</li><li>Maintain an up-to-date data base of all new joiners, leavers, promotions, transfers to facilitate LE preparation</li><li>Update the system (New Joiners &amp; Leavers)</li></ul>Operations<ul><li>Prepare HR Reports</li><li>Provide administrative support to line managers during the HR processes, SAP job creations, transfers, SAP reporting</li><li>Support in HR Daily Operations and Employee Requests</li><li>Support in Daily HR Ad-hock requests</li></ul>HR Intern Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.</li><li>Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>The ability to work as part of a team.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Effective communication skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented.</li></ul>
