KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMEDIA<ul><li>Media Production: Responsible for timely archiving of media assets and content delivery. Coordinate with local teams and production agencies to manage media (print, digital, social, retail partners, if applicable) and assist in validation and trafficking of adapted content in line with brand guidelines by production/launch deadlines.</li><li>Media Reporting: Consolidate monthly media clippings and summary launch plans for internal teams &amp; external partners</li></ul>PUBLIC RELATIONS<ul><li>PR Monitoring &amp; Clipping: Keep track of PR editorial coverage and file systematically. Dispatch Real Time News and Best Coverage reports to HQ in a timely manner, coordinating with external local teams</li><li>PR Editorial &amp; Approvals: Systematic tracking and ensuring all committed editorials are fulfilled, thoroughly fact-checked and validated before final publishing</li><li>PR Logistics: Work with external partners to execute logistics processes for gifting or shipping and transport organisation</li></ul>ADMINISTRATIVE<ul><li>To prepare reports, purchase orders, consolidation of invoices, billing tracking and other related documents under ASEAN A&amp;P Communications &amp; Activities</li><li>To perform other essential administrative or team support duties in relation to planning of local activations, press and client events.</li></ul>KEY SKILLS<ul><li>Strong communication &amp; organisational skills with a team spirit mindset</li><li>Creative, meticulous, proactive, and resourceful</li><li>Highly motivated and driven with a sense of ownership</li><li>Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Essential knowledge in Adobe and Microsoft applications, especially for Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>General understanding of luxury retail and/or past relevant work experience in relation to ASEAN markets is preferred</li><li>Candidate should have a keen interest in media and digital/social landscapes in ASEAN (Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia &amp; Cambodia).</li></ul>
