Key Responsibilities:Digital Learning and Learning Experience<ul><li>Orchestrate with Learning Community, to formulate the digital learning strategy and execute the plan, in accordance with global &amp; regional direction, local needs, business priorities with blended learning approach</li><li>Support digital learning on content management (content translation / design / curation…) &amp; local adaptation, schedule planning, coordinating retail implementation and feedback consolidation.</li><li>Facilitate, monitor and track the utilization of digital learning platform and tools for optimum benefits and continuous improvement</li><li>Elevate the efficiency and effectiveness of blended learning and learners’ experience which ultimately supports retail team on deploying The CHANEL DIFFERENCE onto the client journey</li></ul>On Boarding Program and Retail Learning &amp; Engagement Support:<ul><li>Support On-boarding program on training preparation to ensure quality training execution and enhance onboarding experience</li><li>Work closely with Fashion RLDP to monitor learning progress and deployment at boutiques.</li><li>Cross team cooperation and communication to ensure implementation &amp; execution</li></ul>Person Specifications:Academic / Professional Qualifications<ul><li>University graduates or above</li></ul>Work Experience<ul><li>3 years of work experience</li><li>Retail industry experience will be a plus</li></ul>Required Competencies<ul><li>Passion on learning and people</li><li>Good interpersonal &amp; communication skills</li><li>Digital savvy</li><li>Able to bring in positivity through teamwork, self-growth &amp; the change catalyst mindset</li><li>Appreciation and passion for aesthetics, arts, craftmanship and ultimate luxury</li><li>Client-centric with a drive for high quality and to constantly exceed expectations</li><li>Knowledge on retail, service industry.
