Doing Fashion (Switzerland, Basel)
At the HGK (Hochschule für Gestaltung und Kunst), FHNW (University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland)you can study fashion design at bachelor and master level. The program is very holistic and includes body work oriented inputs, a deep dive into fashion studies and performance oriented workshops to stage the fashion looks that were create during the semester. Other classes include pattern making, material and fabric manipulation, learning how to work with new machines and technology and drawing and design oriented coachings.
