Job Description:

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the creation of brand-right, commercial designs that reflect the conceptual direction and business strategy
Adapt designs based on feedback
Ensure designs meet the budget and time commitments required
Be an idea generator, presenting multiple designs to the internal creative team
Be aware and passionate about key fashion/beauty market trends
Utilize resources in sourcing new ideas, both internally and externally, and stay up to date on competitor research/trend analysis
Build and maintain collaborative and effective cross functional relationships
Prepare materials for meetings and presentations and coordinate logistics

QUALIFICATIONS/CAPABILITIES:

Bachelor’s Degree in Design or a related field
3-5 years of design experience in a highly creative/innovative environment
Achieve set goals with acute attention-to-detail, tracking progress and anticipating potential issues
Pursue and embrace opportunities to personally grow and develop skills/competencies
Exceptional talent with a commercial fashion eye and detail in product styling/performance
Collaborative partner with a team-oriented approach
Highly motivated, passionate and results oriented
Solid communication and presentation skills
Flexible and creative problem solver
