Our company is a global sourcing company that specialized in the manufacturing and sales of active wear and sport wear. We are looking for a full-time Associate designer who enjoys a fast paced, multitask, organized, detail-oriented persons to join our team.

Position Purpose and Scope

The Assistant Designer is responsible for the creation of line sheets for the production department, preparing styles to present to buyers, and assisting in mentoring assistant designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating & updating production line sheets
• Releasing production line sheets to the company
• Creating/updating digital color library
• Pick up pantone chips
• Creating physical color cards
• CAD/sketch work
• AMT CAD’s
• Help design team with trend research/new innovations
• Print out artwork to send to factories
• Create fabric cards
• Help with seasonal sample/fabric headers organization
• Help design team with meeting prep.

Job Requirements

• Highly experienced & proficient in Adobe Illustrator
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Strong MAC/PC knowledge including Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Must be proficient in MS office
• Must be proficient in creating technical flats on Illustrator
• Excellent communication, organizational and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of production/manufacturing processes and capabilities
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple teams & be a team player.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good eye for latest fashion trends
• Excellent communication, organizational skill, attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Fluent in English
• Must have responsibility for work and following directions.
• Must be legally eligible to work in U.S.A

Annual Salary

$42,000 to $52,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per hour

• Garment construction: 1 year (Preferred)
