Creative graphic and textile designer for motorsports designs

I am the owner of a graphic t-shirt company that specializes in motor sports. I will have multiple graphic design needs. I don't thank any will take more than 1 hour to complete/create. I have been paying $20 to $40 per design for offshore designers. The struggle is the language and time barriers.
