HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear, Accessories and Licenses.

Within our Shirt & Neckwear Product Division we are looking for a new team member passionate about Neckwear (Ties, Handkerchiefs, Bowties...) who will take care of the following tasks:

What you can expect:

Search fabrics and designs according to the collection brief, approving color lab dips and quality;
Manage collection development from technical sketches until approving salesman samples;
Conduct collection meetings and presentations to internal and external stakeholders;
Maintain relevant technical information in our Product Lifecycle Management system;
Daily interface with other departments such as Fabric Designer, 3D Virtualization, Operations, Brand Management, etc.
Handle the relationship with vendors and suppliers, negotiating costs and margins.

Your profile:

Have a Textile background and a proved experience in Neckwear or Woven products performed at Fashion suppliers or companies indifferently;
Have product sensibility and neckwear market knowledge;
Have knowledge of CAD Penelope and Photoshop, Clo3D as a plus;
Be fluent in English;
Be a motivated team player, proactive and curious;
Availability for low-frequency car trips.
