Position Overview: We are seeking a Fashion Designer to join our team and contribute to our success in the USA market. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop seasonal collections (fabrics and apparels), ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and market trends.

Create original sketches, patterns, and prototypes for women’s and men’s apparel.

Conduct thorough research on fabrics, colors, and silhouettes to inform design decisions.

Translate conceptual ideas into practical, commercially viable designs

Stay abreast of industry developments, attending fashion shows, trade events, and exhibitions.

Mentor junior designers and provide guidance based on your extensive experience.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience as a fashion designer, preferably work with reputed USA apparel brands.

Proven track record of working with well-known brands and delivering successful collections.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., CLO, Adobe Creative Suite, CAD tools).

Strong understanding of fabrics and garment construction, fabric properties.

Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and trend forecasting abilities.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
