Fashion Designer ( Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop etc... ) - Contract to Hire

Looking for a creative and talented Designer to join our team! We seek an individual with a strong background in graphic design, specializing in apparel such as hoodies, t-shirts, scarves, and more. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with a proven track record of creating eye-catching and unique designs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design innovative and trendsetting apparel graphics for various clothing items, including hoodies, t-shirts, and scarves.

- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure designs align with brand identity and market trends.

- Translate concepts into digital designs that are print-ready and suitable for manufacturing.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, ensuring designs are modern and relevant.

- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with other design tools like CorelDRAW or Sketch is a plus.

- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.

- Excellent creativity and the ability to conceptualize unique designs from scratch.

- Experience in garment design and familiarity with different printing techniques (e.g., screen printing, sublimation, embroidery).

- Strong communication skills and the ability to take and incorporate feedback constructively.

- Portfolio showcasing a range of apparel designs, demonstrating versatility and creativity.
