Fashion Designer - Contract to Hire
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and innovative Fashion Designer with a specialization in leather goods to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

Material Selection and Consulting:
Utilize expertise to advise on optimal materials for various leather goods.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Fashion Designer with a focus on leather goods.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CAD).
Strong understanding of leather materials, production processes, and industry trends.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a passion for creating high-quality and visually appealing products.
Preferred Skills:
Specialization or significant experience in designing leather accessories such as bags, wallets, and briefcases.
Ability to offer insightful consulting sessions on material selection and design optimization.
