Fashion designer needed to create sketches and techpacks - Contract to Hire

looking for someone a tech specialist to help with some designs and create tech packs. About 10 consisting of dresses and tops. Looking for someone who can create sketches and tech packs ready to be sent to the manufacturer for production. someone who is good with material will be a bonus. Usually what i will do is send you a picture of a dress or set and ask you to make changes, create the sketch with a teck pack and send back ready to be sent to the manufacturer
