Fashion Designer & Production Assistant - Contract to Hire

We are seeking a talented and motivated Fashion Designer & Production Assistant to join our team, specializing in beachwear and resort wear. This role will involve both creative design work and hands-on support in the production process.

Responsibilities:

– Designing beachwear, resort wear, bikinis, and swimwear collections that reflect the latest trends and customer preferences.

– Assisting with the production process, including sourcing materials, liaising with manufacturers, and ensuring quality control.

– Collaborating with the design team to develop new concepts and product lines.

– Creating technical drawings and specifications for production.

– Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

– Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed.
